Greenport, New York

Your weekend in Greenport, planned by someone who lives here.

Tell the concierge who's coming and what you're in the mood for. It builds a day-by-day plan from local people we know: sailors, chefs, drivers, oyster farmers. Book what you like. Skip what you don't.

The one rule

Everything here is optional. Your stay is complete without any of it.

Nothing on this page is a fee, a deposit, or a condition of your reservation.

How it works

Three steps, no pressure

  1. 01

    Say hello.

The concierge confirms your dates and how many are in your group, then asks two or three questions.

  2. 02

    See a plan.

A day-by-day itinerary with a price on every line. Edit anything.

  3. 03

    Book what you want.

Some items book instantly. Others are "request to book": we check with the vendor and confirm within a day, and you are not charged until it's confirmed.

Five ways people do this house

Pick a shape for the weekend

Every package is a starting point, not a package deal. Add-ons are always optional and never a condition of your stay — the concierge prices each line separately once you open your guest link, and you keep or drop anything you like.

Good to know

Before you plan anything

  • The house sleeps the number on your Airbnb listing and not one more. The concierge plans for that number.
  • Prices are the vendor's prices plus nothing hidden. Where a vendor hasn't published a price, we say "quoted on request" instead of guessing.
  • Weather matters out here. Sails and charters can move or cancel; each item shows its cancellation terms before you pay.
  • Rideshare is thin on the North Fork. If timing matters, book a driver.
Questions

Frequently asked

Do I have to book anything?

No. This is a menu, not a bill.

Who am I paying?

The house. We book the vendor and pay them. Your receipt lists each item.

What if a vendor can't do my date?

You get a full refund for that line, and the concierge offers the next best option.

Can I change my mind?

Each item shows its own cancellation terms. Anything marked "request to book" costs nothing until confirmed.

Can I bring more people than the listing says?

No. The house is licensed for the number on the listing.
